Charts no rival here draws
These five chart types are not in the scoreboard, because none of the compared libraries has them, so there is nothing to measure against. They are shown live instead. The same bundle draws them under the same rules: keyed marks, strict CSP and reduced motion.
Dhaka weave
Product lines ranked by quarter. Where two swap places, the climbing thread passes over the falling one.
Spec
Shapeshifter
One dot per customer. Switch the form and the same dots fly into a waffle, bars by region or a spend swarm.
Spec
Memory
Each bar carries last period as a dashed ghost, so the change is read against where it started.
Spec
Orrery
Each family orbits the total: bigger is more sales, closer in is a higher rank, faster is faster growth.
Spec
Constellation
Each star is an account, placed near the accounts that match it across five measures. Hover one to light its three closest.

The tables above cover twelve common charts, chosen by us. These are the places where the other libraries are likely ahead, and none of them is scored:
- Chart types. ECharts and Plotly ship many more, such as candlestick, gauge, radar, maps and 3D. mayaCharts has no pie chart, by design.
- Drawing every point. Chart.js and ECharts draw to canvas, and Plotly can use WebGL, so they can put millions of marks on screen. mayaCharts stays SVG and reduces large data before drawing it (downsampling and binning).
- Interaction depth. Brushing linked charts, data zoom sliders, toolbars and image export are built into some rivals.
- Custom code. Rivals accept functions for formatters, tooltips and drawing. mayaCharts takes plain JSON only, so some layouts are not possible.
- Maturity. The rivals have years of users, plugins, answers and docs. mayaCharts is new.
